I came across some fab fitness videos on YouTube by Rebecca Louise.
She has videos for targeting specific areas of your body and they are very easy to follow. There’s a great range of excellent work outs that you can do at home to your own fitness level, if you can’t get to a gym.
I love her Victoria’s Secret work outs and her 7 best ab moves.
